Covenant Fellowship Church Ministries

Hi, I am Michael Booker, Senior Pastor of Covenant Fellowship Church of God and it is an honor to be a part of this great church.  I began as pastor here in October 2002 when the church was then known as Norfolk Avenue Church of God.  I am 35 years old and have been in ministry for 12 years, serving in areas of evangelism, youth pastor, discipleship training, associate pastor and for the past 5+ years as senior pastor of Covenant Fellowship. My wife of fifteen years, Charmian along with my two children, Taylor, 13 yrs and Tanner, 8 yrs are committed to the plan of God for our area.  My family and I count it a privilege to pastor in the beautiful Tri-cities area and look forward to many years of life changing ministry as we endeavor to fulfill the call of God on our lives.

Hello, my name is Larry Moll, Associate Pastor at Covenant Fellowship Church.  My wife, Alycia, and I have been married since June of 2004 and in February of 2007 we welcomed our daughter Abby into our family.  I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Lee University in 1995 and since have served as a pastor, associate pastor and youth pastor in North Dakota, South Dakota and Virginia.  We came to Covenant in January of 2006 and are blessed to be part of the ministry team God has assembled at our church to reach the greater Tri-city area.  We look forward to many years of ministry here in Bristol should the Lord tarry and anticipate a great harvest for the kingdom of God.

Hello, my name is Kimberly Dollinger and I am privileged to serve as Care Pastor here at Covenant Fellowship Church of God.  I have been part of this awesome church since August of 2003.  Before receiving my credentials through the Church of God in February of 2006 and completing MIP in June 2007 I've had opportunity to serve as leader over our drama ministry as well as teaching the adults and teenagers.  With my heart committed to the call of God I'm looking forward to serving our church and community with a ministry that goes beyond the four walls of the church.  It is my desire to reach out and care for those who are hurting and are lost and show them the love of God that their life may be forever changed.  I want people to know we care about them before they get here, while they're here and after they've gone home.  I'm looking forward to the great things God is going to do in our church and city as I fulfill the call of God upon my life.

Welcome!!  My name is Charmian Booker, wife of senior pastor, Michael Booker.  Michael and I have been married for more than 15 years. We have two beautiful children, Taylor and Tanner Booker.  God and my family are the most important blessings in my life.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from East Tennessee State University in 1997.  I am a first grade teacher at Fairmount Elementary School in Bristol, Tennessee.  God has placed a special compassion in my heart to care for the children He has entrusted to us.
I am currently serving as President of Ladies Ministries and Children’s Ministry Coordinator.  I am actively involved in other areas of church leadership; however, my greatest passion is to see the lost come to know my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  We are so excited at what God is doing in our lives and our church.

Hello, we are Kenny and Anita Bowman and we are the leaders of Word Youth Ministry at Covenant Fellowship. We began ministry at Covenant in 2003 as Junior Church leaders, which we did until 2007. We took the youth ministry position in 2004. Anita is part of the worship team and I am beginning the men’s ministry; we are also part of the drama team. We are honored to have been called by God to the youth ministry and we are blessed to have the amazing young people that we do. They are not only our students but our children and our very best friends. We feel so blessed to be a part of the covenant Fellowship family and hope to be here for a long time to come. We thank God for everything He has done for us thus far and look forward to what He has in store for us in the future. God bless

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.                              wOrD!!

Hello, I am Anita Bowman and I am so excited and humbled to be serving as worship leader here at Covenant Fellowship. I began attending this church in summer of 2001 when God lead me here in a really awesome and unique way. About a year after coming here God sent me my wonderful husband, Kenny, who I serve along side of in youth ministry. With him came my 2 sweet bonus kids (aka step children), Sean and Tiffany.
God is moving in such an awesome way in the midst of our congregation and I feel so privileged to be a part of it. My prayer is that each and every person that attends our service be lead into the presence of God and have a new and intense experience with Him. I just want to give God all the praise and honor that only He is so worthy of, and thank Him for all He does and for who He is to me.

Hi! I am Kevin Hickman and I proudly serve as coordinator for the sign language ministry at Covenant Fellowship. I am currently in school to become an interpreter and my goal is to one day work along with my pastors as Pastor for the Deaf at our church. This ministry is an avenue God has used to bless our entire congregation in a magnificent way! Our signing choir, Hands of Grace, is devoted to exalting the name of our Lord Jesus by worshiping Him through sign with clean hands and pure hearts. I have the opportunity to interpret the sermons in PSE (Pigeon Signed English) but by no means through my talent or capability! It is a great honor to be used of God in such a powerful way by bridging the gap between the Deaf and hearing. My passion and prayer is to see the Deaf in our community and regions around be ministered to in a mighty way!
